Matt Brigden, Cypress’ President is a qualified property manager with seventeen years experience managing residential rentals. In 1997 he was selected Queen’s Landlord of the Year.

Prior to founding Cypress & Associates in 1998 Mr. Brigden worked as a corporate consultant specializing in strategic planning and needs assessments. Customers included Lafarge, TD Bank and Manchester Plastic. Mr. Brigden was also founder and president of Robolabs, a marketing company specializing in trade shows and other promotional events. Mr. Brigden is a graduate of Queen’s University with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
