What Cypress & Associates will do for you:

· Set up an introductory appointment

· Be “on-call” 7 days a week

· Collect and deposit rent

· Monitor tenant’s other obligations

· Monitor lease terminations and renewals

· Investigate tenants’ complaints

· Obtain quotes, order and supervise repairs

· Order services needed

· Inspect any work done upon completion

· Pay mortgage installments, realty taxes etc.

· Perform periodic interior/exterior inspection

· Perform tenant move-out inspections

· Prepare property for new tenants

· Attend to any special requirements

· Check house every 48 hours if tenants are away over Christmas or on vacation
